Pauline is an alumnus of UWE, where she earned a Master's degree and developed her versatility in research services using mixed methods, qualitative and quantitative procedures, and other assurances of high-quality research output.
She holds a professional certificate from the Bristol Business School's Trailblazer Programme, which inspired her to leverage her personal impact and leadership skills to accelerate global citizenship education through SDG four (4).
Pauline actively seeks out innovative, effective solutions to develop global citizens with the knowledge, exposure, and transferable skills associated with studying and working in the United Kingdom by promoting study abroad programmes in Nigeria, Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. she is committed to bridging the gap between local and international research and education.
She brings to the company eight years of experience in an active study in the field of education, having completed local and international research projects.
Her experience spans different sectors, including education, environment and health. Pauline’s enthusiasm for knowledge, educational development and understanding of scholarship applications across the United Kingdom earned are notable awards from the University of Nottingham as an awardee of the Developing Solutions scholarship and the University of the West of England's (UWE) Faculty of Health and Applied Science Dean's scholarship.

Joseph is a seasoned academic and industrial professional with a plethora of institutional and distinct experience working as a qualified educator at both secondary and tertiary levels in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, totalling over seven years.
As a Transform Together scholar from Sheffield Hallam University, he brings to the organisation his analytically focused background in statistics and quantitative methods, as well as solid experience in data analysis to the research.
He is passionate about quality in education and the new era of data analytics. His strong backgrounds in education, engineering, statistics, and big data analytics, along with his proficiency in using Geogebra, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAS, and his proficiency in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, data modelling, data analysis, and reporting, make PJC Education Consult the first of its kind in the field of leading educational consultancy services with strong data driven backgrounds.
Jospeh is concluding his master's in big data analytics at Sheffield Hallam University.
